Cosabella has been in the lingerie game for quite some time now, but we know that we still have room to grow.
After listening to feedback from our wonderful customers. Cosabella has decided to completely revamp the way we approach structured bras. Push up, T-Shirt, and Underwire bras have all undergone a major overhaul with a new focus on comfort, durability, and shaping. After over a year in development by Cosabella’s design team headed by Kristin Bear, Cosabella is extremely excited to showcase our newest line of reformed structure bras called Evolved.
“It was a slow crawl to find all the things that we wanted,” explains Kristin. “One month, we would get a wire. Three months later, straps came in and we would have to choose from the best.”
The result? The updated Evolved Bra — a beautiful and comfortable range (T-shirt and Push Up) from Cosabella that features six key improvements:
The Evolved Bra
• Super soft, newly developed Italian Lace that lays so flat it’s practically invisible.
• Updated wires and wire casing for better support and a softer feel.
• New developed padded hook-and-eye closures.
• Soft foam t-shirt cups for subtle shaping.
• Peached Lining inside the bra cup.
• Thin brushed finish elastics inside straps for extra comfort.
“The cups have a very smooth outside and the inside are very plush — they have a peached feeling and are super soft, molding to the body.” – Kristin Bear
The Lingerie Journal received two samples: the Push-Up Bra in Nude Rose and a T-Shirt Bra in black. Of the six improvements, two of the bra updates stand out immediately — the new Italian Lace and updated hardware.
The gorgeous lace draws your eye towards the bra’s wings. Both Evolved bras feature a hand-designed pattern unique to the bra that Kristin helped custom create in partnership with the brand’s Italian lace supplier.
The hardware — the front closures, clasps, slides — are clean, modern and both beautiful and functional. The Nude Rose, color features the front closure in a beautiful Rose Gold color, and the black bra features hardware in a stunning Gun Metal shade.
The changes stem from Cosabella’s constant self-reflection and feedback from their retail and wholesale customers.
“The straps have a microfiber backing making them super soft and the front have this beautiful cording detail.” – Kristin Bear.
“All of these improvements were needed and missing in our line,” said Kristin. “Also, I felt that as a woman, we needed something better, we need something more comfortable and we just went after it.”
Cosabella fans can expect these improvements to find their way into many other of the brand’s ranges by the end of 2017. Retailers interested in the collection can order the new bras now with an expected delivery for mid-January.
“We hope all these changes mean as much to our customers as they do to us,” said Kristin. “We worked as hard as we could to build the most comfortable and beautiful bra for them.”
