Paul & Joe x Cosabella for Holiday 2016 is inspired by the chic and elegant ambiance of the alpine resort town of St. Moritz in the 1960’s and 1970’s. The collection reflects the warmth and coziness of a wood chalet with a touch of sportiness drawing inspiration from the ski garments worn on the slopes.
The red winter florals found in the vast mountain scenery are depicted in Margaux Printed and Margaux Intimates Printed. Designed in a large floral print pattern, every item in the collection has a unique print placement so no two pieces are alike. The reds florals inspired the Coral accents of the Chantal grouping and are the primary colorway of Jeanne Colorblock.
The clear and crisp blue mountain skies are translated into the Noemi and Noemi Intimates colorway in Powder Blue and are also the inspiration behind the Powder Blue base of Isabelle Printed and Jeanne Printed collections. A nod to Paul & Joe’s playful prints, Jeanne Printed and Isabella Printed feature a cat hidden among the floral print.
The Paul & Joe woman’s style is youthful, fresh, and effortless; emphasizing a natural beauty that radiates from within. The Paul & Joe x Cosabella collection is designed in Paul & Joe’s signature prints that are made to be mixed and matched between collections of solids and prints, as well as sleepwear and intimates.
